Things I look forward to when I get home


  1. cozy bed ( lots ‘n lots of pillows, fluffy mattress, girlish colors )
  2. large, open windows and the view from the 6th floor – many gorgeous sunsets and not so many sunrises 😀 ( what can I say ? I’m not really an early bird 😉 )
  3. 10 types of tea – whatever your heart desires 
  4. all my perfumes
  5. lovable kitten
  6. flowers on my window – the smell of spring is in the air
  7. mum !
  8. home cooked meal ( mother knows best )
  9. scented candles
  10. vegetables in the freezer and fruits on the table
  11. laying with my feet in hot water while reading today’s newspaper and magazines
  12. a wall full of shelves filled only with books
  13. eating candies, cakes or any type of sweets you can think of at later hours
  14. high temperatues – cose I like wearing shorts around the house even in winter 😀

Lectia de hidratare: Rasfat primavaratic cu 4 uleiuri minune


Frunzarind mail-uril azi dimineata, la birou, am dat pest un articol interesant despre cum poti avea grija de tine intr-un mod cat mai natural. ECO ! 😀

1.  Uleiul de ARGAN – „aurul Marocului” plin de vitamina E si Omega 3, 6, 9

La ce este bun: repara si intareste parul uscat si deteriorat,  regenereaza pielea, estompeaza petele si cicatricile;

De ce: pentru ca hidrateaza, iti ofera elasticitate, grabeste procesul de regenerare, restabilste ph-ului natural al pielii;

Un super ulei, ideal pentru un ten uscat!

2. Ulei de MARARboost de feminitate

La ce este bun: ofera treptat, volum sanilor in mod natural, fara silicoane gelatinoase sau operatii complicate;

De ce: pentru ca se absoarbe usor in piele si are un continut ridicat de estrogen;

Cum il poti folosi: stai intinsa pe pat, fara perna. Ajutandu-te de ambele maini, ia in palma unul dintre sani si maseaza de jos in sus, spre centru, alternand mainile.
Pentru al doilea exercitiu este nevoie sa stai in sezut. Cu o palma sustii baza sanului si cu cea de-a doua masezi usor sanul spre interior, pornind dinspre brat. Trebuie sa faci fiecare dintre aceste masaje timp de 2 minute, pentru fiecare san, de 3 ori pe saptamana. Dupa aproximativ o luna vei observa primele rezultate.

* Daca il folosesti sub forma de capsule – este un foarte bun diuretic (are proprietati digestive si antiinflamatorii – bun in cazul infectiilor gingivale), efect anti-cancerigen.


3. Uleiul de GERMENI DE GRAU – pentru uituci 😉

La ce este bun: regenerare celulara (ajuta pielea afectata de dermatite, eczeme, psoriazis, vergeturi, cicatrici), stopeaza radicalii liberi, imbunatatest memoria, sani mai fermi;

De ce: contine vitaminele A, D, E, proteine, lecitina, antioxidanti;


4. Ulei de MIGDALE presat la rece – un secret pastrat inca din Antichitate

La ce este bun: hidrateaza pielea,  estompeaza vergeturile si previne aparitia altora, trateaza pielea uscata, reduce vizibil caderea parului;

De ce: contine vitaminele D, E, calciu, magneziu;

De stiut !  Termen de valabilitate – maxim 6 luni, iar dupa ce le deschizi trebuie tinute la frigider.

TOP TIP !! Bea 2 L apa / zi. Negresit !

This was the happiest day ever – seeing the perfect sunrise over the mountains, celebrating our anniversary on the slopes while listening to french music and having the time of our lives, just the two of us ! Thank you for being so amazing 😉

I’m the luckiest girl 🙂 4 awesome years and more to come, moving in together and living our lives as we please – you and me, baby, we’re so good together ! 😉

Peace, love, winter fun *_*  this is what this weekend was about ! Enjoying the last days with snow, on the slopes, breathing fresh air, eating great food ‘n laughing our hearts out ! It’s good to escape the city sometimes 😉
